Accessibility Statement

Codify Solutions is committed to making codifypro.ca accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

• Accessibility is built into our design system, including colour contrast, visible focus indicators and minimum touch target sizes.
• The Site can be used with a keyboard alone and with screen readers.
• Text can be resized up to 200% and the Site adapts to screens as narrow as 320 pixels.
• Animations respect the “reduce motion” setting on your device, and longer animations can be paused.
• Meaningful images have text alternatives, and form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.

Before launch and after significant changes, we test the Site with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse), keyboard-only navigation, a screen reader (VoiceOver or NVDA), contrast checks and 200% zoom.

Some third-party tools, such as the booking calendar, are provided by other companies and may not fully meet our standard. If you have difficulty using them, contact us and we will book your call by email instead.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, please let us know. We will respond within 5 business days and work to provide the information or service you need in another way.
