These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of codifypro.ca (the “Site”), operated by Codify Solutions (“Codify”, “we”, “us” or “our”), Montreal, Quebec, Canada. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes our services and plans. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Codify. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails.

Prices on the Site are shown in US dollars, or in Canadian dollars for visitors in Canada, and exclude applicable taxes. Canadian dollar prices are rounded and may be updated from time to time. Prices, plans and features may change without notice. A price is binding only once confirmed in a written quote or signed agreement.

The chat assistant on the Site uses artificial intelligence to answer questions and collect project details. Its answers are provided for general information only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not constitute an offer, quote or commitment. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Information on the Site, including blog posts, examples and case studies, is provided for general information only and is not professional, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, traffic, sales or other business result.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or data;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, including through automated scraping or excessive requests;
• use the chat assistant to generate content unrelated to our services or to attempt to bypass its limits;
• submit false information or impersonate another person.

The Site and its content, including text, images, illustrations, logos and the Codify name, are owned by Codify Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute its content without our written permission.

The Site uses or links to third-party services, such as booking and newsletter tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

These Terms are available in English and French; the French version is at codifypro.ca/fr/terms. The parties have requested that these Terms be drawn up in English. Les parties ont exigé que les présentes conditions soient rédigées en anglais.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
